I had the opportunity to be a part of a Skype session with Hanoch Piven. He was a joy to listen to and learn from. After talking to him, the students created their own portraits from objects around the classroom and from their homes. The students also used Hanoch Piven's app, Faces iMake HD, to create their own simile books!
